Introducing Tracy Murphy
Tracy is the owner of Space Coaching and Consulting Ltd. She absolutely loves what she does and has a real passion for developing people. She particularly enjoys one to one coaching and delivering leadership and personal development workshops.
Her strength lies in working with leaders and individuals, helping them to build their confidence in their role, develop their leadership style, manage change in the workplace, take control of their career pathways and achieve a healthy, flexible work life balance. Tracy’s approach is positive, energetic and creative.
As an OD and training specialist Tracy has led numerous pieces of consultancy work as well as delivering conferences and workshops.
With a successful career in the public sector as a Director of HR and OD, she holds the ILM Level 7 qualification in Executive Coaching and Mentoring. She is a Fellow Member of the CIPD and holds an MA in Human Resource Development. She also has the British Psychological Society Levels A and B in Psychometric Testing and is a MBTI practitioner.
On a personal note she is a proud mum of three beautiful girls, a keen traveller, wine drinker and loves reading and walking.
